By creating an account or subscribing to ViralMeteor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access the service.

ViralMeteor is an AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides digital tools for content creation, YouTube channel analysis, and social media content generation. Our service integrates with YouTube Data API v3 to provide analytics, content suggestions, and automated responses for YouTube creators. All features are delivered digitally via web access upon successful registration and payment.

Once subscribed, users receive immediate access to the platform. It is the user's responsibility to use the service. Access to the service constitutes delivery of the product.

By using our YouTube integration features, you authorize ViralMeteor to access your YouTube channel data through the YouTube Data API v3. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or by contacting us. We will only access the specific data you authorize and will use it solely for providing our services to you.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected during signup). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle — you will retain access until the end of your current paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time or lack of usage.

All payments are non-refundable. No exceptions are made for unused accounts, forgotten cancellations, or user inactivity.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting support to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to ban accounts or pursue collection action for fraudulent disputes.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure data storage, and access controls. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
